1. Booking & Confirmation

All tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once we have received the required deposit and issued a written confirmation. Prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are trip specific and will be detailed on the Booking Form for your trip.

3. Cancellation Policy

All payments are final. No refunds.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

4. Tour Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated, tour packages include green fees, accommodation, daily breakfast, ground transportation, and hosted experiences as described. Flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and gratuities are not included unless explicitly listed.

5. Changes & Itinerary Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, course closures, or other unforeseen events. We will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value.

6. Liability

Celtic Golf Tours acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers (hotels, golf courses, transport companies). While we take every care in selecting our partners, we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from services provided by third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
